Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines using Python and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, specifically focusing on LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, contributing insights to our technical strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, Transformers, and Attention mechanisms.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
