Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and algorithms for production environments.
- Optimize existing AI systems for scalability, speed, and accuracy to handle millions of requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, and Engineering) to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends, including Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the broader team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of statistics, probability, and data structures.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
