Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models for the 2026 Horizon product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for speed, scalability, and accuracy, ensuring low-latency inference in production environments.
- Research and integrate emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Document system architecture and AI model performance metrics for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (depending on specific team focus).
- Experience deploying models to production environments at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
