Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Fine-tune pre-trained transformer models and develop custom domain-specific architectures.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement strategies to improve accuracy and reduce latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, specifically Transformers and LLMs.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
