As a Senior AI Engineer at Nexus Future Tech, you will not just build models; you will architect the brain of our enterprise solutions. You will work with cutting-edge frameworks and collaborate with world-class researchers to solve complex problems that have never been solved before.
Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling millions of data points in real-time.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to implement novel solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and scalability.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure the highest quality of training data.
- Deployment: Manage the end-to-end deployment of AI models into production environments using MLOps tools.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
