Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Deep Learning models using Python and PyTorch.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle from data ingestion to model serving.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for production environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive code reviews within the research team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Deep experience with Transformer architectures, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
