Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning infrastructure optimized for the Year 2026 compute paradigm.
- Lead the end-to-end development of proprietary AI models, from conception to deployment in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure the ethical implementation of AI systems, focusing on transparency, fairness, and bias reduction.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies, including Large Language Models, Neural Networks, and Edge Computing.
- Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews to maintain high standards of software quality and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-availability architectures, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
