Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure designed for 2026-scale data requirements and high-frequency trading environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning and reinforcement learning strategies.
- Oversee the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into existing neural networks to prepare for post-silicon computing.
- Define and enforce architectural standards for data privacy, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on pushing the boundaries of generative AI.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate 2026 roadmap goals into technical milestones.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a deep specialization in AI/ML.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models handling billions of requests.
- Expert knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Transformer architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
