- Compliance & Ethics: Implement rigorous governance models to ensure AI fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to plan for long-term technological trends (5+ year horizon).
- Communication: Exceptional skills in translating complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
