Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Model Innovation: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive algorithms tailored for 2026 market demands.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize inference latency and resource utilization across distributed clusters.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with the CTO to define the 2026 AI technology roadmap and set technical standards for the engineering team.
- Ethical AI: Implement rigorous testing frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and safety in all AI deployments.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA. Experience with MLOps pipelines (Kubernetes, MLflow).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformers, GANs, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
