Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Strategy: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance standards.
- Model Development: Spearhead the design and deployment of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with external research institutions to integrate the latest breakthroughs in deep learning into our production pipeline.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency, implementing robust optimization strategies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous ethical guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker).
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think critically about the long-term implications of AI technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
