Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models tailored for high-frequency, low-latency environments.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms for Project 2026, focusing on predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, product managers, and security expertsâto integrate AI solutions into core business products.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure system reliability and scalability.

Qualifications
- Masterâs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven experience designing and implementing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, data modeling, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
