Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures focusing on Generative AI and LLMs.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing software ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for AI model governance, security, and ethical usage.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, and Multimodal AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep knowledge of NLP concepts, fine-tuning strategies, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
