Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI systems and machine learning pipelines aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead architectural decision-making for cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to integrate into our existing ecosystem.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and governance for AI projects.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
