Your Mission
As a Senior AI Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of our core AI infrastructure. You will collaborate with research scientists and product engineers to deploy robust machine learning models that solve complex real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Architect Agentic Workflows: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, autonomous AI agent architectures capable of multi-step reasoning and tool use.
- System Optimization: Architect high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Infrastructure Design: Build scalable MLOps platforms on cloud providers (AWS/Azure/GCP) using Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
- Model Governance: Establish frameworks for model evaluation, monitoring, and security to ensure compliance and reliability.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical architectural solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and architects, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical workshops.
- Future-Proofing: Continuously research emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion, Reinforcement Learning) to keep our tech stack ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying LLMs, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning large models.
- DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize resource utilization.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
