Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance AI systems, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency for 2026 standards.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for our upcoming product releases, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Research & Development: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and determine their applicability to our core systems.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize LLMs and generative models for real-time deployment and edge computing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues and design scalable solutions.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and trends leading into 2026 and beyond.
