As part of our elite Engineering team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production systems, ensuring our solutions are robust, ethical, and ready for the demands of 2026 and beyond. You will work directly with C-level executives to shape the roadmap for our flagship AI products.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructures optimized for 2026 performance benchmarks and latency requirements.
- Lead research and development in Generative AI, focusing on agentic workflows and autonomous decision-making systems.
- Design secure, low-latency neural networks capable of processing real-time multimodal data streams.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps for future AI capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with emerging global AI regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of implementing production-grade Generative AI models and fine-tuning LLMs.
- Experience with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and advanced NLP techniques.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices.
