Responsibilities
- Design & Deployment: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems and deploy them to production environments with zero downtime.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical vision for our 2026 product line, identifying emerging trends in Deep Learning and Edge Computing.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs by 40%.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performing engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and C-suite executives to translate technical feasibility into business value.

Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Language: Proficiency in English (Technical) and a second language is a plus.
