In this role, you won't just write code; you will define the architectural standards for the next generation of machine intelligence. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems, ensuring our solutions are robust, ethical, and ready for the future.
If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and are obsessed with pushing the boundaries of what's possible in deep learning, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning models and neural networks for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Lead the '2026 Vision' research roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Quantum Computing integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of ethicists, engineers, and product designers to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and memory efficiency in edge computing environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for software engineering within the AI department.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
- Extensive expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
