What You Will Do:
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 latency requirements.
- Design 'Agentic AI' frameworks that enable autonomous problem-solving across complex enterprise workflows.
- Implement advanced data pipelines utilizing synthetic data generation to overcome current data scarcity.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and compliance with emerging global AI regulations.
- Collaborate with product leaders to define the roadmap for AI-driven customer experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Rust or Go for high-performance inference engines.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying models that handle high concurrency and low latency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
