Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Vision: Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Model Architecture & Optimization: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models, focusing on efficiency, latency reduction, and cost optimization.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical training sessions.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions into existing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ensure seamless interoperability with other enterprise systems.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, evaluating new technologies like Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to drive innovation.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics for model performance and reliability, implementing continuous monitoring and retraining pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
