Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural network models designed for 2026-era processing capabilities.
- Lead a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists in the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Define the technical strategy and roadmap for Horizon Dynamics' AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee the integration of AI ethics and safety protocols into every layer of our product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate abstract user needs into concrete, intelligent technical solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and efficiency on massive distributed data sets.
- Present complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and major frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring engineering teams and managing project lifecycles.
