Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data loads and autonomous decision-making protocols.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Optimization & Performance: Continuously monitor, test, and refine AI models to ensure zero-latency performance in high-stakes environments.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and deep learning frameworks.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
