Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) for scalable production environments.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to minimize latency and maximize cost-efficiency.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel AI techniques aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure model reliability and safety.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Deep understanding of transformer models and attention mechanisms.
