Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance AI systems and infrastructure.
- Define and implement the technical strategy for the '2026' product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in cloud computing, machine learning operations (MLOps), and cybersecurity.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure code quality and system stability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-ready AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
