Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement resilient, scalable AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time environments.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics for the 2026 market.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for algorithmic bias, transparency, and data privacy across all projects.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and product design, to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Prototype Validation: Build and validate proof-of-concepts (POCs) for emerging technologies, ensuring feasibility before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage complex projects, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
