Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Web3 and quantum-ready protocols into our AI ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Oversee the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ensure system reliability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale AI models.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
