Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing protocols into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI development.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies to ensure our products remain 2 years ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the deployment of neural networks and autonomous agents in production environments.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps for the 2026 product cycle.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and hardware-software co-design.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing distributed teams and technical projects.
