Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure that can handle petabyte-scale data.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Predictive Modeling to stay ahead of 2026 trends.
- Model Optimization: Focus heavily on reducing latency and improving inference speed for real-time applications.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to strict fairness, bias, and transparency standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with Kubernetes and Docker is essential.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Transformer architectures.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving high-impact engineering problems in high-pressure environments.
