We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to lead the development of autonomous intelligent systems that can perceive, reason, and act in complex environments. Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs) and multimodal agents.
- Optimize inference latency and throughput using Rust and C++ backends.
- Design and maintain vector databases and knowledge graphs to support long-term memory in agents.
- Collaborate with product managers to define agent behaviors and edge cases.
- Conduct research into novel prompting strategies, Chain-of-Thought reasoning, and tool-use capabilities.
- Mentor a team of passionate engineers and researchers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python and Rust.
- Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Track record of publishing research or shipping high-impact AI products.
