In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering, utilizing advanced web technologies to deliver experiences that captivate users and drive engagement. You will work closely with UX designers and product managers to translate complex concepts into elegant, scalable code.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Implement: Build scalable, high-performance 2D interactive graphics and animations using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure rendering efficiency and smooth 60fps animations across a variety of devices and browsers.
- Design Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI teams to translate visual designs into pixel-perfect interactive components.
- Library Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain internal 2D graphics libraries and tools to streamline team workflows.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices, security, and maintainability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on 2D graphics.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and CSS3 animations.
- Framework Mastery: Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.
- Mathematical Aptitude: Strong understanding of geometry, trigonometry, and physics for animation logic.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex rendering issues and optimize memory usage.
