Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas, WebGL, and PixiJS.
- Optimize rendering pipelines and asset management to ensure 60fps performance across all devices and network conditions.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate complex visual concepts into performant, interactive code.
- Debug and resolve complex graphics-related performance bottlenecks and visual artifacts.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap for our next-generation visualization tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphics programming, specifically with WebGL, Canvas API, or similar.
- Proficiency in GLSL and writing custom shaders for visual effects.
- Strong understanding of computer graphics mathematics, including matrices, vectors, quaternions, and spatial transformations.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and TypeScript.
- Excellent debugging and profiling skills.
