Responsibilities
- Architecture & Strategy: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance systems utilizing the 2026 Framework.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Code Review & Standards: Implement rigorous code review processes to maintain high standards of security and performance.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our 2026 ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in the 2026 Framework or equivalent next-generation web technologies.
