Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable neural networks capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead research initiatives into quantum-assisted machine learning algorithms.
- Optimize inference pipelines for real-time decision-making in edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer hardware.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and explainable AI (XAI) frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical roadmaps for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and LLMs.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or hardware accelerators.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
