Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Python/Java/Node.js
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with AWS/GCP and Docker/Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Jira/Confluence in Agile ceremonies
- Own full lifecycle development from sprint planning to production deployment
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers during weekend shifts
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC2/ISO27001)
- Drive performance optimization and A/B testing for high-traffic applications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with cloud platforms
- Expertise in at least two: Python, Java, or JavaScript (React/Vue/Angular)
- Proficiency with containerization (Docker/K8s) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI/AWS CodePipeline)
- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and scalability solutions
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with async communication
