Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications
- Optimize system performance through rigorous testing, debugging, and code refactoring
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for seamless deployment
- Document technical specifications and maintain high code quality standards
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex problems
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years professional development)
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Expertise in RESTful API design and implementation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, maintainable code
- Strong written communication for remote collaboration
