Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Document defects using JIRA with precise steps to reproduce
- Collaborate with developers during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Perform regression testing on new feature releases
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Participate in agile ceremonies as QA representative
- Maintain test documentation and test environment integrity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience in tech or tourism industries
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Experience with defect tracking and bug lifecycle management
- Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
- Excellent written communication skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Relevant certifications (CSTE, ISTQB) preferred
