Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using JIRA and other bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features don't impact existing functionality
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with emphasis on manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
