Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues across remote and on-site systems
- Implement security protocols to protect network integrity and data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy network upgrades
- Document network configurations and incident reports
- Provide technical support to remote employees via ticketing systems
- Conduct regular network performance audits and optimizations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco routers, Juniper switches, and Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with remote monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
