Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Nagios platforms
- Implement and maintain VPN solutions for secure remote access
- Document network topology, configurations, and standard operating procedures
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for complex network outages
- Collaborate with cloud teams to optimize hybrid cloud connectivity
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNA or CCNP certification required (CCNP preferred)
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLANs, and BGP/OS routing protocols
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex network issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python) a plus
