Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Implement and troubleshoot VPN solutions for remote team members
- Document network configurations and create detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce network access controls
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for network-related issues
- Conduct regular network vulnerability assessments

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and support
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco IOS/Junos and VMware environments
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
- Experience with remote monitoring and management tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly setting
