Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy for reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and generate weekly/monthly reports for stakeholders across the US.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the data.
- Collaborate with the operations team to support weekend decision-making and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
