Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Develop automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and solve business challenges
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through clear, compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data warehousing
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote, asynchronous work environments
