Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Clean, preprocess, and validate data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Document analysis methodologies and create comprehensive technical documentation
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ completed data analysis projects
