Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and patterns
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare and clean raw data for accurate analysis
- Develop automated reporting solutions for recurring business needs
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear data narratives
- Collaborate with product teams to optimize data collection processes
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance insights monthly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Portfolio demonstrating data visualization projects required
- Experience with Python/R is a plus
