Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Maintain and improve data pipelines ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work background
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Excellent communication skills with remote collaboration experience
