Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide weekly analytics summaries during night shift hours
- Optimize data collection processes to improve efficiency and reduce processing time
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations for business improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with night shift or remote work history
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ETL processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
