Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear visualizations
- Support night shift operations for real-time data monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
