Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for real-time insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models to support strategic business decisions
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to executive teams through clear visualizations
- Support night-shift operations with real-time data monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights
