Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for reporting.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into analytical models and solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and data mining to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Automate reporting processes using Python or SQL to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Present findings and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Maintain and document data pipelines and analytical frameworks for future scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying, data manipulation, and complex joins.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience with cloud data warehousing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
